Beliavsky, Vlad: The Pyramid Mind

Vlad Beliavsky, PhD, is a research psychologist and author. Born in Ukraine and educated in the UK, Vlad is the author of a self-care method known as the Pyramid Model and the founder of Brightway journaling app. With the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Vlad has enlisted in the Ukrainian army, where he also provides psychological support
