This ham stand is made from local beech wood in Germany and has not been treated with chemicals or oils. Beech is a hardwood that is particularly durable and well suited for kitchen items. The ham stand is ideal for cutting ham and also for presenting it at buffets, for example, which is why it is also referred to as a ham tray or ham display. In addition to the 3 cm thick board with 6 holes, we also supply 5 pins, which you can insert into the 6 holes in any combination. This gives you the flexibility to reposition the pins as the ham gets smaller, so that the ham is always held securely when cutting. Note: Please clean the ham holder thoroughly before first use and only expose it to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or liquids for short periods of time (for example, do not put it in the dishwasher). It is advisable to treat the ham holder with a food-safe oil before first use so that the ham does not leave stains on the wood.
